Why two reviewers, not one

A human endocrinologist is not a qualified reviewer for animal insulin dosing, so we split the work by species. The differences are practical, not cosmetic:

• Concentration differs. Several veterinary insulins are U-40, while human insulin is almost always U-100. Matching the syringe to the concentration prevents a fourfold dosing error.
• Products differ. Vetsulin (porcine lente) and ProZinc have no direct human equivalent.
• Outcomes differ. Cats can reach diabetic remission. Humans with Type 1 diabetes cannot.
